things to know.

Is this an app or a website?

It is a web app that runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You can also add it to your home screen in supported browsers. There is no App Store download required. Some browsers use separate storage for installed apps, so check your records appear after installation and retain your original browser workspace.

Where are my records saved?

Property and compliance records are saved in your browser on your device. Operations records are stored online, with a saved device copy for read access when available. Photographs are stored online and require a connection to save and view. Keep using the same browser and device; clearing its data can remove your records and your workspace’s access to online records.

Can I switch devices or share a workspace?

Not in this version. There are no user accounts or automatic cross-device synchronisation. Sharing the website link does not share your property records. Keep any separately required copies of your records and evidence.

Does it certify that my property is compliant?

No. StayComply helps you organise the checks and records you enter; it does not inspect a property, verify a certificate or provide legal advice. Requirements vary by location and property. Check the rules that apply and consult qualified professionals where needed.

When does the free trial start?

The seven-day trial starts when you first open the app in your browser, not when you view this page or explore the sample. No card is needed to start. After the trial, existing records become view-only unless you subscribe.
